Baek to me looked like a solid candidate to get some time in the rotation over the past few years, but for some reason, couldn't get over that hump. Since 2004 with Tacoma, he has a 26-13 record, primarlily in the rotation, so he can't say that he didn't get enough playing time. He was 10-8 with a 4.87 ERA over the same span.
