Mariners Make Offer to Felix

Took me a little while to put this one up, but John Hickey of the Seattle PI, says that the Mariners have now made an offer to Felix Hernendez. It will likely be a three or four year deal, buying out his arbitration eligablity and maybe his first year of free agency. It would probably take around $15M to buy out his arbitration rights, and as the Mariners have shown in the past, they prefer to pay for their young players now, before they hit it big.
